  1. Running up and down the carpeted stairs of a dark theater while my parents watched a horror movie.
  2. Drawing and writing on an exercise book on the hard wood floors of one of my family’s first homes.  I remember being so fascinated by those floor patterns.
  3. Playing with my baby sis’ on a giant bed while my parents watched with what can only be love and joy in their eyes.  (We wore the cutest little knitted caps, and we jumped, laughed and played so hard!)
  4. Feeling terrified whenever The Incredible Hulk came on the television in the kitchen.
  5. Last, but not least: Pooping a giant turd in my potty training bucket, then looking at it and feeling über proud.

  Good question.  Plain and simple, I just wanted a venue to share what I like with whoever wants to see.  Let’s just say that those other social networking sites (that shall remain unnamed) have become a little stifling for me.  Just this morning, a friend left this particular present (er, comment) about my recent Sleigh Bells post: “This is different…”

  Hmm.

  I guess most of my friends on those sites don’t share my musical tastes, and I think they’re getting sick of my posts.  So, I think I’ll alleviate their pain a bit and share on tumblr instead.
